Please note, any notifications under the Communications Act 2003 and the Electronic Communication Code (Conditions and Restrictions) Regulations that have been received by us are available to view on request at our offices.

Advice on planning permission
The National Planning Policy Framework states that "Local planning authorities should have local design review arrangements in place to provide assessment and support to ensure high standards of design".
The council's pre-application service provides advice to customers who are thinking about making an application.
If you seek planning permission or consent to carry out works and your application is not decided within a set period, is refused or permission is granted with conditions which you disagree with, you usually have a right of appeal.
