It is your right to vote, to be able to vote you must be registered on the Electoral Register by Friday 12 April 2019, if you register after this date you will not be eligible to vote in the Elections in May.

Where do I vote?
Information about where you can vote will be on your voting card you receive, you will also be able to check on this web page on the 24th April 2019.
On the evening of 2nd May 2019 the verification of the number of votes cast will take place, we will also announce the overall turnout percentage for Mendip.
The count will start on Friday, 3rd May, starting with the District election and then Parish. All the results will be published when they are announced on the Mendip website and can be viewed here on the Election Results 2019 web page or please follow Mendip District Council social media channels:
